Yoga is a type of indoor exercise that is very helpful in type 2 diabetes.In type 1 diabetes body is incapable of producing insulin and is totally non reversible and insulin dependent treatment needed while in type 2 either body produced low insulin level or the insulin cannot reach the desired target cell to transport glucose.In either case type 2 is reversible.Proper management of diet and exercise make type 2 reversible. Research According to an article published by Hindawi,on yoga for adult with type 2 diabetes ,yoga was found as significant therapy on conducting trial with type 2 diabetic patients.The patients got overall improvement in lowering their lipid profile,oxidative stress,hypertension,sleep disorders and overall quality of life as well.Yoga is not only effective in improving lifestyle but also effective for mental disorders,physical health,hyperthyroidism,diabetes and obesity.
Yoga is type of exercise that not need much time or any outdoor activity like jogging or walk. one can do it easily while sitting on a open place with ventilation at home.There are various positions of yoga for type 2 diabetes.All of positions produce sufficient stress on the body,enhance insulin secretions.Just 20 to 30 minutes of yoga daily can create sufficient level of insulin by applying stress on pancreas.
