Kidney beans curry is very common.Kidney beans are a rich source of potassium,it satisfy the hunger and help diabetics to achieve their potassium level,where they cannot get banana for rapid spikes in blood sugars.The recipe is very simple.Kidneys beans are available as red and white beans.I like white beans ,you can prefer according to your own choice.First took 300 to 400 gms of beans and soaked them in water for 4 to 5 hours.

 Now take 2 sliced onions and Brown in 3 tsf of edible oil.take 5 cloves of garlic and crush now add crushed garlic in the onions brown already.Keep gas flame at medium. Now add a little water in the mixture and add dry spices,1.5 tsp salt,1 tsf red chillies powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsf coriander powder.Add half cup water and cook for 5 minuts.Now add 3 sliced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Now add soaked beans ,add 2.5 glass water in mixture.Use pressure cooker for recipe,like pressure cooker butter beans.

Close the lid and place the pressure cooker in medium flame for 25 minutes .After this time remove the pressure and open the lid.You will observe almost little water still.Now take half cup tamarind juice in the mixture.unlike tamarind lemonade,only make tamarind paste.

Add 3 green chillies.Now cook the mixture on light flame for 10 minutes .Now stop the flam and serve.To make mochi with red beans follow the same for beans.
