Collect all white edible portion in a container,put in pressure cooker,and fry in oil if using oil.Pressure cooker is used for steam roasting because steam roasting is best option to avoid further greasing with oil.Extra oil put in recipe, made it unhealthy for eating.The only used oil should be extra virgin olive oil or brassica oil .Now peel off the ginger and crush in a grinder,also crush garlic cloves separately.Now mix the ginger and garlic paste separately with cauliflower.And cook on a medium flame for 3 minuts.Now add salt,turmeric,red chillies,and coriander and little water.stirr entire mixture and add 3 crushed tomatoes mixture.Now add half glass water and lid off pressure cooker.place on medium flame for 20 minutes til whistle loudly and aroma of ginger and cauliflower felt by you.Now stop the flame,open lid and add green chillies for garnishing.Stir the mixture and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on light flame and serve.
