How to make chicken Pulao Recipe

 


To make chicken Pulao Recipe you always to have a very perfect Saila variety of rice and the chicken should be Grass fed or desi chicken.

You have to put whole spices in the pulao , powdered spices are not required.

All the spices except dry spices should be well fried with onion. This phenomena will give flavour to the pulao and the gravy will be very perfect for pulao. 

When chicken is added to the gravy it should be well fried before additions of rice.

The rice should be well soaked in water ,8 hours before cooking.

After addition of rice the rice should be well steamed to get the perfect Pulao.
