Use of blue light at night and health related issues

 


In our daily life we have an extensive use of mobile phone . It makes us habitual and we also use it at night specially when we are on our bed.

We have a harmon in our body called as melatonin , nature very specially prepare this for our sleep.But the nature also make blue color that suppress this harmone. One of the main example showing the suppression of this colour is the colour of sky at day time , of course blue that keeps us awake at day time by suppressing melatonin. At night we have dark Black colour of sky that is night so naturally melatonin harmon enable our sleep. Now when we use cell phone ,so it should be noted that here the version used has prominent blue flour so while using on bed our melatonin suppressed and we have a very poor quality of sleep at night.

So this is the main issue of using mobile phone at night.
