Anxiety and hypertension has strong relation.There are certain hormones in the body that are released during stress or anxiety  .These hormones increased the blood flow in arteries by making them narrow.Thus it increases heart beats and ultimately high blood pressure.Although it is not a permanent increase in blood pressure,it's nature is purely temporary.As for as stress is released this cause normal heart rate again and blood pressure also remain normal.But the consequences are the same as permanent high blood pressure. Arteries and heart damaged to a great extent.So to make a normal blood pressure it is very necessary to eliminate the stress level.A psychological trauma or a mishappening event in the past may lead to pseudopheochromocytoma.   Pseudopheochromocytoma is a cause of hypertension due to some tragedy or a bad event that cause headache,nausea,palpitation,dizziness and chest pain.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Management.....                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 1.There are certain eating and drinking habits that lead to anxiety ,hypertension and heart attack.It include eating unhealthy diet,drinking alcohol and smoking.By quitting these habits we can relieve stress and blood pressure lower automatically

2.Some potential factors such as isolation ,create anxiety and depression that leads to hypertension. Such type of factors must be acknowledged.                                                                                                                                                                                          3.There must be some physical activity such as exercise with the consultation of doctor.It helps in releasing endorphin that create relaxation.                                                                                                                                                                                             4.Try to remain cool in a situation of stress and focus to come out of situation.                                                                                                                                                                                            5.Always review your schedule and eliminate all those activities that cause stress and anxiety.If not possible give them short time than before.                                                                                                                                                                                             6.Join a yoga program  with the help of an adviser. Certain pose of yoga such as sitting with short and long breaths ,helps a lot to lower blood pressure up to 5 mm Hg                                                                                                                                             7.Have a good sleep up to 8 hours.It helps a lot to regulate blood pressure.
