There are lot of foods having a positive effect on skin health and complexion.The actual importance is due to various vitamins,minerals,and fatty acids that produce a very positive effect on skin.Vitamin A found in many vegetables such as pumpkin,sweet potato,carrot and spinach make skin glowing and shining.Collagen is structural unit  and give elasticity to many tissues .30% of body protein comprised of collagen.For the formation of collagen certain amino acids are required only by food source.These amino acids are found in kiwi fruit,avocado and spinach.    Vitamin C is another very important vitamin that work as antioxidant work to remove various free radicals from skin that are responsible to produce wrinkles on face.
