Water in the earth is not only important for ecosystem,from growing of plants to decomposition of livings but surprisingly also give benefit to the human health as well.If we drink plenty of water in so many times in a day then we get so many health benefits.But more specifically if we drink plenty of water at morning it give us more advantage than the overall benefits of water alone.Water regulates bowel movements.Drinking more water make it possible to go early in the morning to bathroom and made the stool easier to expel.Thus it helps the body to detoxify from all toxic chemicals.and liver remain healthy.
