It is more realizing that we lose 1% of our muscle strength each year after 30.it means if we eat junk foods ,not exercise before 30 then it do not harm our health but as age proceed then muscles weakening start.but the good  news is for those who started exercise and  have balanced diet from early life have more stiff muscles than others after 30 .

but still we can save out muscles in old age as well by following.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           1.keep your weight in check.because weight gain leave more fat mass and less muscle mass.                                                                                                                                                                          2.Eat balanced diet three times and skip the meals between including junk foods.skipping breakfast and eating fast food is poor nutrition and cause  low muscle strength.Less frequent protein diets such as chicken, fishes specially oily fishes as  Salmon,Tuna ,red meat and eggs are important.Use whole grains in starch.Use fresh fruits and vegetables for vitamin and mineral supplement.                                                                                                                                                                                      3.Leave sedentary lifestyle and use your muscles regularly.physical activity is very important to save your muscles. only half an hour a day of you use your muscles most properly then it will produce more stiffness in your muscles and will save them in future.If you are in home then you can do many physical activities like bathroom cleaning,home garden irrigation,and sweeping etc.
