                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Cabbage is a best option to be cooked in a healthy way.It is most commonly observed that a lot of peoples in India and Pakistan, used enough oil in cabbage and cauliflower recipes.Remember the actual taste of these two recipes is hidden in spices ,ginger and it's cooking and not in oil added in it.Always use minimum oil ,if using oil in recipe.Another important point to note is about acidity and heartburn.It is my personal observation that you will not get acidity and heartburn with cabbage or cauliflower,if you use oil less recipe or recipe with minimum oil.                                                                                                                                                                                                            INGREDIENTS...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       1.Cabbage,1 kg                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 2.Ginger,300 grams

3.Garlic,6 cloves                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             4.tomato,3 medium                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         5.salt,1 tsf                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        6.turmeric,1/2 tsf                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        7.red chilli powder 1/2 tsf                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          8.coriander powder 1 tsf                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           9.garam masala,1/2 tsf                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    10.edible oil, 3 tsf optional                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Remove upper petal from cabbage for any foreign body,pesticide residue etc and discard.Now cut entire cabbage and put in pressure cooker for steam

                                                                                                              Never add water in the cooker.It already have enough water for steam production.After 5 to 7 minutes ,stop the flame and open lid.you will observe soggy appearance.Now add all ingredients and oil if using and cook again in cooker for 12 to 15 minutes. Then stop the flame and remove the lid. stir the entire ingredients genitally and keep flame low.You will feel the texture quite changing.Assure that all tomatoes and ginger dissolved in gravy.Always crush ginger and garlic finely prior to cooking.Taste the gravy.It will give a very appetizing flavor of all ingredients.If you have added oil in only the quantity given,you will not observe any oil loaded gravy,very easy to digest and at the same time healthy.After removing the lid ,cook only for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame.It get summer very quickly due to no additional water in advance.Then stop the flame ,add a little parsley  for garnishing.
