Egg curry is very healthy recipe made with eggs and onions and little edible oil. First onions are fried with oil till brown and then 5 to 6 eggs are added and then all gravy is stir continuously to avoid any sticking in bottom till the  egg curry retain its texture that is garnish with green chillies and selantro.
